A few hours ago I entered the Windows Phone website of Microsoft and searched for a new smartphone devices. While I was searching for smart phones I noticed that HTC HD2 is still the greatest Windows Mobile device for now. Its technical specifications are no much for other cellular companies.

The Windows Mobile operating system is included on the most successful smart phone devices. HTC HD2 is the most successful from all of them; maybe it’s because of its 1 GHz processor that runs every application with no problem at all. This great smartphone was supposed to run the Windows Phone 7 operating system duo its power but Microsoft said it didn’t got enough.
Still, the HTC HD2 smartphone rules the market of Windows Mobile devices. I will recommend you not to buy a new smart phone device until Windows Phone 7 will come out to the market. But until then, you have a lot of time to save money for your future device.
Nokia has recently begun to work on her future Symbian N8 smartphone device that will be released. The new smartphone, according to the rumors will be a multimedia device that include many great features and the new Symbian^3 operating system.

There aren’t many details about N8 technical specifications but what we heard is that the smartphone will have a camera with a quality of 12 megapixels. Also the device will come with HDMI connector that you can connect to your TV and watch movies. In addition it will include an option to record videos with an amazing HD 720P quality.
According to the rumors, the N8 smart phone got 680 MHz Arm processor that kind of slow for new Symbian device. Let’s hope Nokia know what they are doing by releasing such a slow processor with a new Symbian^3 smartphone.
The new smart phone from Sony Ericsson is about to go out to the market. The X10 smartphone will contain the desired operating system from Google, Android, and will also have nice features as well.
Sony Ericsson is going for Android
Sony Ericsson did a good job with her X10 smartphone device but it has a major disadvantage. Sony didn’t think about making a multi touch screen so the smart phone doesn’t have it. But the good news about this Android device is that it has processor speed of 1 GHz and 384MB of RAM.
Sony Ericsson X10 is a nice smartphone and has a great speed that will let you run application in full speed on Android OS. It doesn’t have many advantages so it’s better to wait for a better smart phone to come out.
Everyone wait for the new Windows Phone 7 smartphone devices to come. LG is the first company that showed her upcoming smart phone prototype. The new device will include the promising OS from Microsoft.
The first Windows Phone 7 device
LG’s Windows Phone 7 device has a sliding hardware keyboard. The smartphone include WP7 3 must have hardware buttons (Home, Search and Back) and it also got Volume Up/Down and a camera buttons. The smart phone will come with a 5 mega pixel camera.
For now the prototype Windows Phone 7 smartphone from LG is the only device we have information of, but it just the beginning. The ages of WP7 smart phone as just arrive and will include more powerful ones.
Microsoft’s upcoming operating system that designed for smart phones will significantly get change in the name. Although there seems no need for change, Windows Mobile 7 and all the OS for smartphone from Microsoft will no be called like this.
Microsoft chose the new name of its upcoming smartphone operating system that is Windows Phone 7. From now on smart phones that will be launch with this operating system will include a specification that the new name will be written in it.
Such a move was expected from Microsoft that apparently wants to label all the upcoming smart phones that include Windows Mobile 7 operating system under this title. Anyway I will be the first to purchase a smartphone device with WM7 OS.
One company I didn’t expect to hear from it is Toshiba but to my surprise, they released a new smart phone, combined with strong specifications and it comes with Windows Mobile 6.1 operating system. This 3g smartphone will include a future 6.5 version update of Microsoft’s operating system.
TG01 - A strong 3g smartphone
Toshiba TG01 smart phone focus is a fast processor it contains. 1 GHz processor is all what Windows Mobile user needs to survive. But that’s not all, this 3g smartphone contains a graphic accelerator too, that’s gives it an extra power to run games on the device.
TG01 smartphone has a very large screen – 4.1 inches that displays 480×800 of pure pixels – that’s wonderful. The device contains 256MB of Random Access Memory (RAM) that gives the device extra power for opening applications on Windows Mobile 6.1. Toshiba’s 3g smartphone also includes a GPS receiver that will provide you easy navigation on roads, and a 3.5 pixel camera that will give you a nice photo quality. The Bluetooth and WiFi are also built in.
Toshiba’s 3g smartphone really proved itself. Maybe it’s the processor speed or its large screen, but what is certain is that TG01 is the best Windows Mobile based smart phone that can be achieved this days.
