Windows Mobile Pocket PC devices are known in their slow response when opening applications and/or navigation menus. This post will help you face the slowness of WM operating system.
Tip #1:
When using Windows Mobile Pocket PC device, users should open fewer applications simultaneously. This way the ppc device will have more RAM (Random Access Memory) available. Low utilization of RAM will ensure fast reaction of the Pocket PC device.

Try to avoid Windows Mobile Startup applications. Startup programs starts working with the Pocket PC device shut on and consume RAM on a regular basis. Avoiding this types of apps will speedup your WM ppc device.

When working with application on the Pocket PC you may have a slow response from the device. This causes by incorrect closing of programs. In Windows Mobile operating system, always close programs with the task manager in this way you’ll save your device’s RAM.
